Partner Program Management
We provide dedicated leadership to build and maintain relationships with support structure embedded throughout the organization.
Ours is a true partnership, not a reseller relationship. Our Sales Reps work alongside your teams and we will provide assistance with sales strategy, technology demonstrations, presentations, access to subject matter experts and executives, and RFI/RFP support. In addition, our VMS solution may also be “private labeled” to support your programs.
The dotStaff™ Implementation Team is structured to support partner programs and can quickly deploy our VMS application to get your program office up and running as quickly as possible. In addition, implementation services are offered at no charge to you or the client.
Application Training and Support
Our partner program includes a dedicated support structure, comprehensive sales training, support throughout the sales cycle, post-sales implementation and training and 24×7 application support.
Partners play an integral role in our development roadmap, giving you the ability to guide our development based on your client’s needs. Approximately 50% of each product release is driven by our partners who provide us with unrivaled insight into the needs of the market.
