Joe Bielawski is a seasoned executive with extensive experience working within a broad spectrum of services and industries. He has functional responsibility for accounting and finance, strategic partnerships and operations.

Prior to joining dotStaff™, Bielawski served as President of a nationally recognized professional services firm.

Bielawski also served as Vice President of an early stage business ERP and CRM solution for the highly competitive manufacturing services industry and was a key contributor in eventually leading that firm into a publicly traded global provider. Bielawski earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Ball State University.

Dan Nierste joined dotStaff in December of 2005 and has over 25 years of Sales, Sales Management, Marketing, Senior Operating and Management experience including domestic and international P&L responsibility. He brings a proven ability to drive sales and market share, revenue and profit growth in highly competitive markets. He has a proven ability to identify, develop, and implement solutions to business challenges through leveraging resources, technology and human capital.

Nierste is a performance driven professional with a strategic aptitude to build brand awareness, empower action and loyalty with deliberate, calm, and fair-minded leadership style.

Nierste has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University and an MBA from University of Chicago.

As an industry veteran, Stenger's experience spans 25 years of successful leadership, bringing software and manufacturing organizations from startup to multi-millions in revenue. Within the software industry, his experience has encompassed senior leadership roles in Customer Service, Professional Services, Product Management, Quality Assurance, Development and Sales. Stenger's past focus on innovation and growth helped him to spearhead an award-winning support center that was among the first to reduce incoming call center calls by more than thirty percent, and to see his development team featured on stage at the North American .NET conference.

Stenger is a Board of Directors of Business and Professional Exchange, ASQ member, with education at both University of Indianapolis and from ITT Technical Institute, where he earned his ASEET. As a noted visionary in Midwest software development, Stenger's been drawn to dotStaff™ for its unique concepts.

Chris Riester has spent over 10 years as an IT professional. Before he joined the dotStaff™ team, Riester’s leadership role within a Fortune 500 company helped him to gain knowledge of a broad spectrum of the industry, including software development, quality assurance, enterprise infrastructure, and software process improvement.

Riester is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington.

As in-house counsel and corporate secretary for dotStaff™, Katie Belange is responsible for all dotStaff legal affairs, including contract administration and intellectual property rights protection. She also brings specific corporate and product direction relating to diversity planning and affirmative action program compliance. Belange is responsible for the oversight, development and implementation of consulting services, systems and methodologies relating to diversity planning.

Belange's work with the founders of dotStaff™ for over five years led her to join the dotStaff™ team. With a B.A. from Hanover College and a J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law, she has assisted the dotStaff™ team in protecting key technology for the product. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
