Training

Informed users are the users who make the most of the application. We want all dotStaff™ VMS users to take advantage of the product's ever-expanding capabilities. We encourage all client and vendor users to participate in our online, instructor-led, education.



Client Education


  • Overview:     Learn to create postings, review applicants, accept submissions and approve timesheets.


  • A/P Finance Focus:     Gain insight on payment forecasts, search options, and the creation of relevant data tables.

 

Vendor Education


  • Overview:     This session will emphasize how to add users, submit bids, and enter time.


  • A/R Finance Focus:    Learn about payment tie out by the week, searches, and tying out vendor payments.
