Technology Platform

The dotStaff™ VMS platform is a hosted application, offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS.) Users access the application through their web browser, eliminating the need for our clients or their suppliers to purchase any additional hardware or software. All hosting, upgrades, maintenance and support are provided at no additional charge, allowing our clients to take full advantage of our web-based solution.

The dotStaff™ Vendor Management System is a hosted application, accessed by clients, suppliers and contractors through a web browser. This platform technology provides significant benefits:

Scalable Architecture


The dotStaff™ VMS is scalable at each tier of its architecture thereby eliminating any restrictions on the number of users, suppliers or contractors accessing the application, or the volume of activity the system can support. We continually monitor system load and proactively add servers and other components to the infrastructure when utilization exceeds set service thresholds.

 


Application Security


dotStaff™ utilizes a Tier 1 provider to host our primary and backup servers which provide continuous uptime for our clients. We have completed many process and facility audits for our clients and would welcome the opportunity to have more detailed discussions to assure we can satisfy security requirements. Our comprehensive disaster recovery plan ensures the continuous operation of our VMS application and includes backup and recovery as well as failover processes.
