MSP Programs
As a vendor-neutral solution, the dotStaff™ Vendor Management System technology easily integrates with Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs. An MSP program allows you to outsource the day-to-day management activities to a dedicated team responsible for the management of your contingent labor program. This team may be located on site and provides a single point of contact for all questions relating to the program. The program office, utilizing the dotStaff™ VMS technology, provides assistance to your staff and your suppliers. This assistance could include services such as:
- Assist with the creation of job postings
- Ensure suppliers respond according to program or SLA requirements
- Track candidate submissions and short list candidates
- Ensure time and expense sheets are approved in a timely manner
- Manage invoicing processes
- Track data on program performance, and conduct periodic business reviews for continuous improvement
- Update user accounts within the application as new users are added or when they leave the organization
- Create job posting templates to normalize job titles and descriptions across the enterprise
